Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every UK order, whatever the order value.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday go out on the next working day. You'll get an email when your order ships.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the UK. If you're outside the UK, email us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

E-books

The Lifestyle and Nutrition e-books are sent by email after you order. If you can't find them, check your junk folder, then get in touch.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email sm@cabinwellbeing.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

Check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We'll change it if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
