These terms apply when you use cabinwellbeing.com or buy from us. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

This site is run by Cabin Health and Wellness ("Cabin", "we", "us"). You can contact us at sm@cabinwellbeing.com or 35 Hove Park Way, Hove, BN3 6PW.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we dispatch your order. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we'll tell you and refund any payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout before you pay. UK delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Returns, refunds and the guarantee

Your right to cancel and return items is set out in our refund policy. The 90-day money-back guarantee has its own terms on the money-back guarantee page. Neither affects your statutory rights.

6. About our supplements

The Male Fertility Complex is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, or have concerns about your fertility, speak to your GP before taking any supplement.

7. Information on this site

Content on this site, including articles, is for general information only and isn't medical advice. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but can't guarantee it always will be.

8. Our liability

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

9. Using this site

All content on this site, including text, images and the Cabin name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local court
